GROUND FLOOR

The room on the ground floor may be suitable for the less agile, although we have plans to replace the bath with an accessible shower, the current arrangement of shower over the bath may not suit everyone.

FURNISHINGS & EQUIPMENT

All three bedrooms are well furnished and equipped to meet your needs. Facilities include:

• welcome tray (tea / coffee / hot chocolate / mineral water)
• colour TV
• hair-dryer
• clock radio
• central heating (thermostats on radiators)
• secondary glazing
• quality fitted carpets
• quality decor
• ample wardrobe, drawer and cupboard space
• desk / dressing table
• two easy chairs
• range of toiletries 

We take a maximum of six guests at any one time.

FAMILY ROOM

A 'family room' can be provided by the addition of cot or folding bed, size: 32" (810mm) x 69" (1750 mm). The four-poster room 'Carolyn' has the most suitable layout for this purpose, although the other rooms are of sufficient size to accommodate these facilities. There is no extra charge for a child 10 or under using these facilities (10 - 14 years £10 per night).
